In 2011 Samsung said there was no use for 3d on mobile screens, well now they are planning to make 3d phones in 2012 ! Is this because they have a new technology for making such screens?

They are making Next Gen 3D screens to intergrate with smarphones but that is not all! They will help you with playing 3D games and record 3D movies and work with you 3DTv.
It could just be that this screen will be in the Galaxy S III, it would be kinda cool because the name will be Galaxys 3D. ?but to manufacture those screens in big numbers Samsung needs 6 months and that would delay the launch of the S3. So it is not clear until we see the device on MWC. It might be Samsungs first 3d Android phone,wich is expected to launch in Q2 2012.
The Korean publication further stated that the Galaxy S3 will be shown at MWC and will be available in April. The Galaxy S3 is expected to feature a quadcore processor, it might just be the Exynos 4412 clocked at 1.5GhZ. And it is expected to run Ice Cream Sandwich and at least have a 4.5 inch Display.
