The Samsung Galaxy S III will have a 4.6″ Super AMOLED Plus HD display according to digitmes.
The SGS III display is confirmed to be 4.6″, and sport 1280×720 pixels of resolution, which will peg the pixel density at 319ppi.
For example the Galaxy S II us using a 4.3” Super AMOLED and sports 480×800 resolution, wich is using a pixel density of 217ppi.

Samsung has planned this high-end phone for Q2 / Q3 .
Samsung's Galaxy S III event will be somewhere in May.
But if this rumour is true we don't know, we will have to wait again…
