XDA user eybee1970 posted a dump of a leaked Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean rom for the Galaxy Note.
The rom is in test fase and very risky to flash. XDA user eybee1970 reported many bugs inside this firmware.

We strongly advice to wait till the official ODIN packages or just till the official Samsung KIES updates.
According to Samsung will Samsung update the Galaxy Note in December.
Samsung also want to update the Galaxy S II around November / December to Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean
Samsung just started to update their own Galaxy S III to Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean.
