There are some incoming reports from Korea that indicate that Samsung will unveil their new Galaxy S device the Galaxy S IV at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2013.
We of SamMobile don't think this rumor is true as the CES 2013 will be taking place in 2 months and the Galaxy S III sales are way too strong for Samsung to release their next Galaxy S Flagship Device, the Galaxy S IV, so soon in January. Even our insiders don't have any kind of information thaat indicate a January or February release. We believe that Samsung will be dedicating a whole event to the launch of the Galaxy S IV as they did with the Galaxy S III in April/May 2012.
Many rumors are floating around that Samsung will be using the Exynos 5450 Quad-Core CPU clocked at 2.0 GHz, the Exynos 5450 is part of Samsung's Exynos Series 5 and is based on Cortex-A15 Architecture, a 8-Core Mali-T658 GPU, 2GB of RAM and a 13 Megapixel rear facing camera. According to our Korean Insiders, Samsung will be equipping the Galaxy S IV with a stunning 4.99″ SuperAMOLED Display with a resolution of 1920×1080 (1080p Full HD) giving the display a 441PPI Pixel Density and the display is already in Mass Production.
We think Samsung will only showcase the new 4.99″ SuperAMOLED Display at CES in January and not the Galaxy S IV itself, as its way too early for the next generation of the Galaxy S Device.
Also, Samsung will mostly be displaying their new Televisions at CES 2013 this year.
