Samsung recently sent out invites to the official Galaxy Note 3 launch event in India, then later put the device up for pre-booking in the country as well, but the official price of the phablet was naturally not specified. However, it is possible the Note 3 might launch in India for Rs. 47,990, according to online retailer Saholic. The retailer doesn't actually mention the price, but a bit of snooping done by the folks over at Tech2 revealed the price mentioned in the HTML code of Saholic's homepage.
Retailers have been known to put up placeholder prices before device launches, so this could just be an estimate price that could change later. However, with Samsung aggressively pricing and marketing their devices in the country, don't be surprised if the Galaxy Note 3 really does launch for ~ Rs. 47,990, which would be a rather attractive price for the hardware it is packing (not to mention shops on the street will sell it for even lower).
