It looks like Samsung is intent on brining the faux-leather back design to as many products as it can. After launching a Chromebook featuring this design, Samsung has announced that its latest offering in the Windows notebook segment, the Ativ Book 9 Style, will also feature a faux-leather back. The device also comes with four stereo speakers, which we mentioned would be the case back in December. The 15.6-inch notebook is fairly lightweight at 1.95 kilos, and Samsung claims that the device will last for over twelve hours on the battery.

Spec-wise, the Ativ Book 9 Style is well-catered to and comes with a 15.6-inch full-HD LED screen, a 2.6 GHz Intel Haswell Core i5 CPU, 4 GB RAM at 1600 MHz and a 128 GB SSD. The notebook also features Gigabit LAN, Wi-Fi ac, Bluetooth 4.0 and a 720p webcam at the front. You also get one USB 2.0 port, two USB 3.0 ports, one HDMI out and one VGA out in addition to a memory card slot. The Ativ Book 9 Style will be available in Jet Black and Classic White, both of which feature the leather stitched design.
