The Indian smartphone market might be seeing the most growth in the budget smartphone segment, but the high-end market is still quite strong for Samsung in the country, and it looks like that might lead the Korean manufacturer to launch the Galaxy Note 4 in India in the first week of October. That's before the launch of the device in the U.S. and the UK, though unlike those regions, there is no word on what price tag the Galaxy Note 4 will carry in India. It will likely cross the Rs. 50,000 mark at launch, but as we've seen in the past, online retailers should be able to sell it for a lot less a week or so after the phablet goes on sale.

The Galaxy Note 4 features a 5.7-inch Quad HD (2560×1440) Super AMOLED display, an octa-core Exynos 5433 chipset, 3GB of RAM, a 16-megapixel camera with optical image stabilization, a 3.7-megapixel front-facing camera, 32/64GB of expandable internal storage, a 3,220 mAh battery, and Android 4.4.4 KitKat. It also comes with the traditional S Pen stylus, and is the first Galaxy Note smartphone to feature a metallic body.

Any of our Indian readers looking forward to buying the Galaxy Note 4?
