Rumor has it that an updated version of Android 5.0 will be released for the AT&T Galaxy Note 4. This version was already been released by Samsung in the United Kingdom. It removes the Interruptions system and brings back the Mute mode. Only Sprint has released Lollipop for the Galaxy Note 4 in the United States so far and its users got the original version of this update.
AT&T is believed to add some bloatware to the Galaxy Note 4 Lollipop update. Amazon Shopping and Evernote will be included in the software. A mobile payments service called Softcard is expected to be onboard as well. Softcard is a collaboration between major U.S. mobile carriers. Google acquired it recently and will migrate users to Wallet before shutting it down. There is no word as yet when AT&T is going to release Android 5.0 for the Galaxy Note 4.
