Samsung quietly updated the Galaxy Tab S2 8.0 and Galaxy Tab S2 9.7 about three months ago. The updated tablets have the same name and design but do come with new software and improved performance. T-Mobile is already selling the original Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 9.7 and it appears that the carrier is gearing up to launch the updated model as well.
