Fans attending Minecon 2016 will be the first to experience this personally before the support is rolled out to the public. Microsoft has confirmed that Minecraft: Gear VR Edition is going to receive an update next month which will add Xbox Wireless Controller support. The company is working to expand this support to other Gear VR games that can also be played using a physical controller.
