The Galaxy Note 4 and the Galaxy Note Edge are not devices that are on the top of the list of software updates which is why you might find it odd that T-Mobile is releasing the November security update for both devices in the third week of December. It is what it is, though, Galaxy Note 4 and Galaxy Note Edge owners can now download the latest update on their handsets which includes the November security patch and some other improvements.
The update for the Galaxy Note 4 weighs in at around 60MB. Software version N910TUVS2EPK2 is now being rolled out for this handset by T-Mobile while version N915TUVS2DPK2 is being rolled out for the Galaxy Note Edge. Apart from the November security update the firmware also includes domestic data roaming improvements. Both updates are now being rolled out so T-Mobile customers who own one of these devices should keep an eye out for an over-the-air update notification which should have popped up on their device by now.
