Unlike HTC, Samsung hasn’t gave hope on an Android device with physical QWERTY yet. Here’s the GT-B5330 that features a physical QWERTY keyboard and more importantly, runs Android 4.0 OS. Sammy Hub reports the phone has received a clearance from the Chinese authorities and features Android 4.0.4 (B5330XXALF4) OS, QVGA (320×240) display and CPU speed of 850MHz.
Looks like Samsung will finally make its move in the mid-range segment with Android 4.0 devices. Are you excited?
