Samsung is testing a new protype with Cortex-A15 CPU and ARM's Mali-T604 GPU.
Just recently Korea Times reported that Samsung is currently working on a successor to the Galaxy S III and the device would be unveiled sometime in March but this rumor was denied by Samsung through their official Twitter Account. Today a benchmark of a new Samsung prototype was spotted by RightWare and this leak confirms that Samsung is indeed testing a new device.
The test device is codenamed “Samsung TE4” and it packs some mind blowing hardware. The prototype features a Dual-Core 1.7GHz Exynos 5 (5250) CPU based on ARM's latest Cortex-A15 MPcore. Samsung demoed their Exynos 5 chips earlier this year at CES in January 2012, we were really impressed with the results they achieved with the new core. The device also features ARM's latest Mali-T604 GPU, so we know that this thing can handle all the high graphics demanding Games and Applications very smoothly. The Samsung TE4 also boosts a resolution of 752×1280 making it a HD+ display.
We are still unsure if this prototype is the successor to the Samsung Galaxy S III or the Samsung Galaxy Nexus.

It appears that this same device turned up on Antutu now. You can see the pictures below. What striking to see is that this device is running Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0.4 instead of Jelly Bean.
