We know Apple and Samsung aren't big friends. Today came out Apple wants to add the Galaxy S4 in their device list against Samsung. Apple “has concluded that it is an infringing device and accordingly intends to move for leave to add the Galaxy S4 as an infringing product.” The court case is planned by the beginning of next year. Judge Lucy Koh will have a hard case again. Apple earlier decides to stop using more and more Samsung parts.
