The Tokyo court today ruled a decision that has gone against the world's biggest smartphone maker. The court found Apple's accusation of bounce back patent valid and concluded that Samsung's products did infringe on it. The bounce back feature allowed the screen to bounce when a user reached the end of the page.
The court's decision is interesting because America's USPTO invalidated the same bounce back patent in April.
Samsung's current models have modified the feature but the bounce back feature can still be found in some of Samsung's older models.
