First firmware for the Galaxy S4 Active GT-I9295 is available. The Dust and Water Resistant (IP67) Galaxy S4 Active packs a Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 CPU clocked at 1.9GHz, Adreno 320 GPU, 2GB of RAM, 8 Megapixel rear facing camera with LED flash and a 2.1 Megapixel front facing camera, both sensors are capable of shooting 1080p videos at 30 FPS. The device is equipped with a 5-inch Full HD (1080p) TFT LCD display panel, 16GB of internal storage with a MicroSD slot for storage expansion, Bluetooth 4.0 + LE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, NFC, IR Blaster and a 2600 mAh battery. The device supports LTE connectivity, as well.

The Galaxy S4 Active comes with Android 4.2.2 (Jelly Bean) and Samsung’s own TouchWiz Nature UX interface layer running on top of it.
