Samsung just started with the first July updates for the Galaxy S4 Exynos variant. The update is currently available or should be available soon to users in Russia, India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. As the screenshot suggests, it's a 30MB small update that aims to improve the stability of the device If you have a Galaxy S4 from one of those countries update your Galaxy S4 by using KIES or OTA Samsung's OTA services!
