The Galaxy Mega 6.3, a device which still has us confused as to whether it's a phone or a tablet, may soon be arriving on AT&T in the U.S. Leakster extraordinaire evleaks has leaked the press image for the AT&T variant of the device, showing off the carrier's logo on the back. Canadian carriers are already preparing to launch the Mega 6.3, and it looks like AT&T (and likely other U.S. carriers) will begin offering it to consumers around the same time.
Galaxy Mega 6.3 features a 6.3-inch HD TFT LCD (720p) and is equipped with a Snapdragon 400 dual-core 1.7GHz processor, 1.5GB RAM, 8-megapixel camera with full HD video recording, 1.9-megapixel front-facing camera, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, microSD card support, GPS, NFC, MHL, and a 3,200mAh battery. On the software front, you get Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean with the customary TouchWiz customization, including features like WatchON (for use with the infrared port), Smart Stay, Direct Call, and Multi-Window multitasking.
