Hot on the heels of Optus' announcement of the Galaxy S4 mini, Telstra has decided to crash the party with the very same announcement of their own – the mini version of Samsung's flagship will soon be coming to the carrier's 4G network, though they failed to mention anything about pricing or exact release dates.

What Telstra did mention were the specs of the Galaxy S4 mini, though that's something we all already know. To recap, there's a 4.3-inch screen of not-so-great qHD (540 x 960) resolution, dual-core 1.7GHz Snapdragon 400 processor, 1.5GB RAM, 8-megapixel and 1.9-megapixel rear and front cameras, 8/16GB of storage and a microSD slot, Wi-Fi, HSPA+, Bluetooth 4.0, and LTE connectivity, a 1,900mAH battery, and Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean with features like Smart Stay, Smart Pause, S Voice, S Travel, and more.

If you're interested, you can fill up a form to show your interest in the S4 mini from Telstra at the source link.
