Yes, you read that right. The Galaxy S3 mini, that petite dumbed down variant of Samsung's last year flagship, will soon be made available by AT&T, on September 27th to be exact. Pre-orders will begin on September 19th, and since the device won't really attract you in late 2013, the carrier will be giving away the handset at $0.99 on a two-year contract.
With an entry-level price tag, the Galaxy S3 mini isn't really a bad device, sporting a 1GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 4-inch Super AMOLED display of WVGA resolution, a 5-megapixel rear camera, NFC connectivity, and Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, with many of Samsung's TouchWiz features baked in, such as S Beam, S Voice, Smart Stay, and more.
