Sprint has finally announced the date it will start selling the Galaxy Note 3 and Galaxy Gear. Both devices will be available starting October 4th, instead of October 2nd as was rumored a few days back. Unfortunately, Sprint has decided to set upfront pricing at $349.99 for the Note 3 on a two-year contract, which is higher than what the other three major American carriers are asking. The Galaxy Gear, however, is priced at the standard $299.99, though anyone buying both together won't really be happy about paying an extra $50 for the phablet.
The Galaxy Note 3 will be available in black and white, while the Gear will come in Jet Black, Oatmeal Beige and Wild Orange colors. Sprint is already taking pre-orders, and with the pricing and launch date finally revealed, it's time for you to decide whether you're still keen on getting the phablet and smartwatch from the carrier.
