Samsung's gigantic Galaxy Mega 6.3 will soon be getting a home with another carrier. TmoNews has received images of the device with MetroPCS' logo on-screen, indicating that the carrier will be launching Samsung's largest smartphone in the near future (before the holiday season, according to rumors). The device is reportedly SIM-locked to MetroPCS, and comes with the carrier's branded software.
The Galaxy Mega 6.3 comes with a 1.7GHz dual-core Snapdragon processor, 1.5GB RAM, 8-megapixel rear camera, 1.9-megapixel front-facing camera, 8/16GB of storage expandable via microSD slot, a 3,200mAh battery, and Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. It will be receiving an update to Android 4.4 KitKat, as was revealed by a leaked document earlier.
