For those who have held out this long for buying the Galaxy S4, Best Buy is launching a new Blue Arctic (yes, Blue Arctic, not the other way around) color variant of Samsung's 5-inch flagship. Starting tomorrow, Elite and Elite Plus members will be able to pre-order the device, while all others will have to wait till November 10th, with the actual launch date set for November 14th.
As for pricing, it's the standard fare you'll be shelling out, at least for the Sprint and AT&T variants: $199.99 on a two-year contract. On Verizon, that goes up to $249.99, while buying the device outright off contract will set you back $749.99. The handset will be available both online and in local stores.
