We recently revealed, thanks to our awesome insiders, that Samsung will be launching the Galaxy Note 3 Lite and Galaxy Grand Lite sometime in the first quarter of 2014, and now a report in the Korean media has reconfirmed what our insider told us. The report also mentions that the Galaxy S5 will be launched in Q1, too, something previous reports have hinted at as well. Furthermore, one or two entry-level handsets will also be announced before Q1 is over, as Samsung intends to start selling new handsets from the first month of 2014.
The Galaxy S5 is no doubt the most important device here – only today we saw what could be the supposed specs of Samsung's next flagship, which is expected to be made out of metal instead of plastic, and the repeated mention of a Q1 launch makes us think we'll really see the Galaxy S4's successor ahead of schedule of Samsung's usual flagship releases. The Galaxy Note 3 Lite will be the other high-end handset, though there's no telling just how much of a downgrade it will be over the original Galaxy Note 3, but one thing is certain: Samsung's going to be flooding the market with new devices as soon as 2014 kicks in, and that's ultimately a good or bad thing depending on how you look at it.
