While it was revealed earlier this month that the Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 would be making its way to Verizon, a clear launch date was not announced. You needn’t wait any longer as a leaked internal document details a March 6 launch for the tablet on the carrier. The credibility of the document is still an unknown at this stage, given the fact that it incorrectly lists the Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 as the Galaxy Note Pro 12.1. The earlier leaked images of the tablet did feature Verizon’s LTE symbol, so it is likely that this will be the LTE-enabled version of the tablet. Also, this being a tablet in the Note series, it features the new S Pen stylus.
As far as hardware is concerned, the Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 comes with a 12.2-inch screen with a resolution of 2560 x 1600, quad-core 2.3 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 CPU, 3 GB RAM, 8 MP camera with a 2 MP front shooter, 32/64 GB storage variants, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, LTE, BT 4.0 and microUSB 3.0 connectivity along with a 9500 mAh battery. The tablet comes with the latest version of Android 4.4 KitKat on Samsung’s new Magazine UX skin.
