When Samsung launched the Galaxy Note 3 Neo in India last month, it faced a lot of criticism from users as the device was priced in the vicinity of the original Galaxy Note 3. Samsung is now rectifying the issue by lowering the price of the device by Rs. 5,000. The Galaxy Note 3 Neo is now priced at Rs. 33,900, which is a more affordable price point considering that the Galaxy Note 3 costs Rs. 42,550. At this price, the Galaxy Note 3 Neo is a strong contender to the likes of the LG G2, which costs Rs. 31,750 in the country.
As far as design is concerned, the Galaxy note 3 Neo looks similar to the Galaxy Note 3. The hardware is also slightly changed, with the Note 3 Neo featuring a 5.5-inch 720p screen, a hexa-core Exynos 5260 processor that contains four Cortex A7 cores clocked at 1.3 GHz and two Cortex A15 cores clocked at 1.7 GHz. There is also 2 GB RAM, 16 GB internal memory, 8 MP camera at the back with a BSI sensor and LED flash and a 3100 mAh battery.
