The blue color variant of the Galaxy J was said to be exclusive to Japan, but it looks like Samsung isn’t sticking to its original plan as the manufacturer has launched the blue version of the device in Taiwan. The LTE-enabled device was available in red and white color variants in the country since last December. The Galaxy J has the same hardware as the Galaxy Note 3, but looks very similar to the Galaxy S4 in terms of design. The Galaxy J features a 5-inch Super AMOLED full-HD display, 2.3GHz Snapdragon 800 MSM8974AB SoC, 3GB of RAM, 16 GB internal storage (11 GB available to the user) and a microSD card slot along with a 2600 mAh battery.

The device also features a 13 MP camera that has auto focus and LED flash in addition to a 2 MP shooter at the front. In terms of connectivity, the device boasts Wi-Fi ac, Bluetooth 4.0, MHL, GPS with GLONASS, IR blaster, NFC and microUSB 2.0, DLNA and USB OTG. The device comes loaded with Android 4.3 Jelly Bean, although users can make the switch to Android 4.4 KitKat.
