Last week, it was discovered that Samsung has trademarked the Gear Solo and the Gear Now names in the US. The Gear Solo will be a version of the Gear 2 smartwatch that comes with a SIM card slot. There is no indication as to what the Gear Now will be, although from its name, it is likely going to be a wearable device. In addition to these names, Samsung has trademarked the Galaxy V: (the colon seems to be included in the name of the device), Galaxy Adore and Galaxy S Fitness names in the US this week. Samsung usually does not wait long from filing a trademark to launching a device, as evidenced from the Galaxy Gear filing last year. The trademark was filed in the month of August and the smartwatch was unveiled a month later at the IFA. Therefore, it is likely that the manufacturer will unveil these new products sometime during the summer.

The Galaxy S Fitness will likely be another wearable device. The Galaxy V: and Galaxy Adore might be new lines of smartphones. It looks like Samsung is going to differentiate its offerings away from the S series. For instance, the upcoming successor to the Galaxy S4 Zoom will be called the Galaxy K. Do you have any thoughts as to what the new devices might be? Let us know in the comments below.
