Verizon will be adding the Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 to its tablet lineup and putting it up for sale on June 26. North America's largest carrier will be offering the LTE-enabled version of the Tab 4 8.0, with support for its new XLTE network, which offers faster peak data speeds compared to regular LTE. The tablet will be priced at $379.99 without a contract, and for $279.99 if you're willing to begin a two-year relationship with Verizon by signing a contract. Not the cheapest mid-range tablet option one would ever see, but the support for LTE connectivity should make up for the high price.
The Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 sports an 8-inch display of 1280×800 resolution, a quad-core 1.2GHz Snapdragon 400 processor, 1.5GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage and a microSD slot, 3-megapixel rear camera, a 4,450 mAh battery, and Android 4.4.2 KitKat.
