Back at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas earlier this year Samsung showed off a variety of television products, including additions to its smart TV lineup. Content sources are important for a smart TV platform and Samsung is well aware of this, which is why it will be unveiling some new content services at IFA 2014, which takes place next month.
The company announced today that it is going to set up a “Smart Zone” with a “Fun & Easy” concept at IFA 2014 which kicks off on September 5th and lasts for six days. New smart TV content will be displayed which will include Need for Speed Most Wanted, Real Football and Golf Star. Samsung will also show off an upgraded version of Skype for smart TV.
