Samsung's upcoming mid-range smartphone, the Galaxy A7 might be announced soon and we have reasons to believe so. We have spotted multiple variants of the Galaxy A7 in the Bluetooth certifications and Indian import listings. Apart from the SM-A700FD and the SM-A700H, which were spotted earlier at the FCC and TENAA certification, these new listings reveal the existence of the SM-A700YD, the SM-A700K, the SM-A700L, and the SM-A700S. All these variants (except the SM-A700YD) can also be found on the Indian import listing website, which mentions that they have been imported to the country for ‘testing and evaluation purposes'. According to the information available on the import listing website, the Galaxy A7 SM-A700FD and the Galaxy A7 SM-A700H appear to be dual-SIM smartphones, but we are not sure about other variants. The SM-A700S, the SM-A700L, and the SM-A700K might be heading for the Korean markets.
As per the previous leaks, the Galaxy A7 is expected to feature a 5.2-inch FHD Super AMOLED display, an octa-core Snapdragon 615 processor, Adreno 405 GPU, 2GB RAM, 16GB internal storage, microSD card slot, 12-megapixel primary camera, 5-megapixel secondary camera, and Android 4.4.4 KitKat.
