A week after updating the Wi-Fi variant of the Galaxy Tab S 10.5 to Android 5.0, Samsung is pushing out the update to the LTE model of its largest tablet with a Super AMOLED display. Sporting build number T805XXU1BOCC, the update is seeding to a handful of countries in Europe, and is based on Android 5.0.2 (like we exclusively reported recently, Samsung is yet to start with Android 5.1 for any of its devices.)
If you're rocking a LTE-enabled Galaxy Tab S 10.5, you can expect to see the update on your tablet anywhere in the next week or so, depending on how quickly the rollout spreads to users. If you're not willing to wait and are residing in any of the aforementioned countries, you can download the Android 5.0.2 firmware and upgrade manually. Let us know if you have received a notification for the OTA on your Galaxy Tab S, and check out a preview of Lollipop in action on the tablet in the video below.
