The Galaxy Tab S 10.5 on AT&T is receiving a new software update today and it's the one that everybody has been waiting for. AT&T has finally released Android 5.0 Lollipop for the Galaxy Tab S 10.5. The carrier's users have certainly had to wait for a long time considering the fact that the Wi-Fi only variant of this tablet got the update back in March.
Weighing in just north of 1.1GB software version T807AUCU1BOD4 is rolling out now for the AT&T Galaxy TAb S 10.5. It will bring the tablet up to Android 5.0.2 and add all of the features and improvements that are part and parcel of Lollipop. Users get a revamped interface, improved notifications, countless stability and performance tweaks, updated Quick Settings as well as enhanced theft protection. Given that the update file is quite large, users will be required to connect to a Wi-Fi network before they can download this update on their Galaxy Tab S 10.5.
