Samsung's Smart TV just got four additional real-time information services which greatly expand the Tizen knowledge center. The information is categorized in sports, news, entertainment and social and it's all displayed on the right side of the window in a simple menu.
As we've recently seen, Samsung is looking to expand its Tizen software by constructing an IoS to interconnect them. You can currently access these four information services with your remote control but if the Internet of Things framework is finished, you will be able to access them with your phone as well.
It's a pretty good move for Samsung's Tizen-based Smart TV because it allows you to look up data without having to do any over-complicated task. All you have to do is open a panel, and the news or sport info is presented to you in a friendly format. The box in which the information is displayed is also transparent, so it won't bother you while you're watching something else.
