Samsung Galaxy Tab A Plus with S Pen discreetly launched in France

Samsung has discreetly made a new addition to its mid-range tablet lineup with the Galaxy Tab A Plus. The tablet has been launched via a simple update on the Samsung Belgium-France website without much fanfare, it has a 9.7-inch display and an S Pen which is usually found on the company's high-end devices only.

Galaxy Tab A Plus has a 9.7-inch LCD display with 1024×768 pixel resolution, under the hood there's a quad-core 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor and 2GB RAM. There's 16GB of internal storage with support for external expansion, a 5-megapixel rear and 2-megapixel front camera, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n as well as Android 5.0 Lollipop. There's no cellular version of this tablet available. It measures 7.5mm thin with a 6,000mAh battery and is available in Sandy Black and Sandy White colors for €339 – about $370.
