Samsung has worked with premium luxury brands Montblanc and Swarovski many times in the past to create premium accessories for its devices and now it's teaming up with them yet again for premium cases for the Galaxy Note 5 and the Galaxy S6 edge+. Customers will be able to choose from cases adorned with fine-crafted leather and crystal works to opt for the look that suits them best.
This is the third time that Samsung and Montblanc have worked together to create a line of premium cases, they've previously worked to create cases for the Galaxy Note 4 and for the Galaxy S6. The latest Montblanc collection features two protective leather covers (soft grain and extreme) for the Galaxy S6 edge+ and two for the Galaxy Note 5. The lineup also includes two flip wallets with pocket in the same materials for the Galaxy S6 edge+ and two flip covers without pocket for the Galaxy Note 5.
Montblanc and Samsung have also created a limited edition of hard-shell covers that feature handmade tattos for both handsets, the tattoos have been designed by artist Mo Coppoletta, these limited edition covers will be available exclusively online at the end of this month. Montblanc is best known for its luxury writing instruments and it has already made two for the Galaxy Note 4, the latest is the Starwalker Urban Speed Screenwriter which couples the new S Pen's functionality with Montblanc's elegance.
Samsung continues its partnership with famous glass and crystal producer Swarovski, the latest lineup includes covers for the Galaxy S6 edge+ and the Galaxy Note 5, aside from a new color called Crystal Silver. Covers have more than 1,300 crystals embedded to make them as beautiful as they are durable. Swarovski is also going to offer a premium case that's part of its Edelweiss collection, it will be available next month for the Galaxy S6 edge+, the premium edition will have fine crystals on a transparent case and it will only be sold exclusively online in select markets. Pricing and availability of all accessories announced today will be revealed at a later date.
