The Galaxy A9 just cleared the FCC listing in a recent turn of events. This means that we will most likely see an announcement soon as that's what happens when a device passes through the FCC certification. It was previously revealed that the Galaxy A9 would pack a 6-inch Full HD display and a 13MP rear camera, along with a Snapdragon 620 processor, 3GB of RAM, a fingerprint scanner and Android 5.1.1 Lollipop. What's impressive about this device is that it's expected to have very good battery life given that it boasts a 4,000 mAh battery unit.
We already know what the Galaxy A9 will look like thanks to a video posted very recently. An interesting characteristic of the Galaxy A9 is that it has the same metal and glass build as Samsung's flagship devices. We expect the Galaxy A9 to be unveiled sometime in the next couple of weeks, probably around the same time CES will kick off.
