Just sixteen days after the Galaxy S7 launched in Canada, Wind Mobile has slashed $100 off the usual price of the handset, so you can now bag yourself a Galaxy S7 for $199 if you register for a $25 a month contract with WindTab Boost. Alternatively, if you don’t feel like signing up to a lengthy agreement, you could always grab one from the operator off-contract for $799, instead of the regular $899 price tag.
In case you need a refresher on Samsung’s latest and greatest smartphone, the Galaxy S7 packs a gorgeous 5.1-inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels, a Qualcomm MSM8996 Snapdragon 820/Exynos 8890 Octa CPU, 4GB of RAM, a 12MP Dual Pixel rear-facing camera, a 5-megapixel selfie snapper and a 3,000mAh non-removable Li-Ion battery. It ships running the latest build of Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow that is, of course, skinned with the South Korean company’s TouchWiz UI.
