Samsung has maintained its number one position among global brands in Asia for five years in a row. According to the Campaign Asia-Pacific 2016 Asia's Top 1000 Brands report, Samsung beat out other multinational firms like Apple, Nestle, and Panasonic.
The Hong Kong-based market research publisher Campaign Asia-Pacific stated in its report, which was based on an annual survey, that Samsung is the most desirable brand among consumers across thirteen key regional markets across the Asia-Pacific region.
The report also mentions that Apple advanced two positions to the number two position. Samsung has released some impressive products over the past one year including the stylish Gear S2 smartwatch, impressive SUHD TVs, and the stellar Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge.
