Samsung is always on the look out for interesting VR experiences that it can get for the Gear VR and the chance to create something linked to one of the most highly anticipated movies of this year was too good to pass. It teamed up with Warner Bros. to create a Suicide Squad VR experience that has been demonstrated at the San Diego Comic-Con this weekend. The experience first allows you to watch one of the best scenes in the movie as if you're floating above the characters and then get right in the action as Harley Quinn.

The Suicide Squad VR experience begins with the viewer being sent on a rescue mission which will result in their death if they fail to complete the objective. They then get to see a great fighting scene as if they're floating above the characters after seeing a bit of trailer footage. In the last bit, they get to become Harley Quinn in the same fight scene and they have to actively take part in it by fighting, shooting and reloading to complete the mission. In case you're not in San Diego to check out this incredible VR experience in person, do watch the video posted below, it also details the incredible amount of work that went into creating this Suicide Squad virtual reality experience. It's possible that this VR experience could be released for everybody once the movie hits the big screen on August 5, 2016.
