Samsung releases a video to show what makes its newest gaming monitor a “game changer”

Samsung unveiled its high-end curved gaming monitor, the CFG70, at Gamescom 2016 three months back. The monitor was released last month, and the company is also giving away copies of Watch Dogs 2 with the monitor. Now, Samsung has released a new video to show what makes its newest gaming monitor a “game changer.

The video compares the gaming performance of the CFG70 to that of a conventional monitor from Samsung. It is the first Quantum Dot gaming monitor and uses a VA panel for improved image quality. It has a slightly curved screen, 1ms response time, and it is compatible with AMD’s FreeSync technology. Gamers can also use the monitor's OSD menu to choose one from four gaming modes that are tailored for respective game genres.
