Samsung's new flip phone generated quite a bit of hype over the past week or so. Flip phones have long been discarded as a relic of the past. They're not as popular with customers now as they once were.
A small market does exist for them in certain parts of the world, though. Samsung continues to cater to that market by launching flip phones, like the one it has launched today.
The question is, do you want flip phones to come back? Does the form factor make sense when the internals are similar to any other mid-range handset as we've seen with Samsung's new SM-G9298 flip phone?
