In a press release, Samsung has announced the opening of its first experience center, named Samsung House, in Latin America. The center, which is inspired by the Samsung 837 in New York, is built in a historic mansion in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Spread across two-stories and 400-square meters, it will showcase and offer the best of Samsung products and services.
The mansion’s ground floor is reserved for displaying the latest Samsung products, while the top floor is earmarked for showcasing Internet of Things (IoT) experiences and prototypes from Samsung. The company will also use the Samsung House to organize events such as photography classes from famous photographers, fashion talks from well-known designers, cooking classes, etc. to engage with and assist the customers.
Will provide 24-hour repair services
Samsung House will have a Galaxy School to help visitors derive the most out of their devices. The center will offer a range of services such as device diagnosis, data transfer, software updates, etc. to customers free of charge. It will also provide 24-hour repair services to customers.
“Samsung House is a sign of our commitment to our consumers in Latin America. It brings us and our brand even closer to the Latin American society,” said Mario Laffitte, Corporate Marketing vice-president of Samsung Latin America.
The center will be open to the general public from 11 am to 8 pm from Monday to Saturday and from 2 pm to 8 pm on Sunday. You can visit this link for more information about the Samsung House and list of scheduled events.
