With just a week to go till the launch of Samsung's new flagship, we can pass along some information about the Galaxy Note 10 pre-order. We're told that Samsung may begin taking pre-orders for the Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy Note 10+ on August 7 itself.
Samsung has already confirmed the Galaxy Note 10 launch event for August 7. The event will take place in New York City. The company will confirm the precise release date during the launch. However, reports suggest that it will hit stores on August 23.
Galaxy Note 10 pre-order to be available from August 7
We hear that pre-orders will be opened for the Galaxy Note 10/Note 10+ shortly after the launch event on August 7 and that retail sales will begin on August 23. As previously reported, prices are expected to start at 999 euro. Samsung might offer generous trade-in values for customers looking to upgrade from older devices.
We're also told that the Galaxy Note 10 will be available with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, at least in Europe. There won't be a 128GB storage variant. The Galaxy Note 10+ will have 12GB RAM in both the 256GB and 512GB variants. No word as yet about the Galaxy Note 10 pre-order gifts but we should hear about them in the coming days.
There's a lot of anticipation among fans for the new Samsung flagship. Some may be dejected by the lack of a 3.5mm headphone jack and the microSD slot being removed on the smaller model. It won't be a surprise if the Galaxy Note 10+ ends up selling better compared to the Galaxy Note 10.
