Update: Samsung Internet version 11 is not official for Galaxy devices running Android Pie. It is a beta version for Android 10 that Samsung is currently testing and is available via the Galaxy Store on a Galaxy S10 running the Android 10 One UI 2.0 beta. For devices running Android Pie, downloading and installing the APK file is the only way use version 11 of Samsung Internet. However, it works only on Exynos-powered devices at this time, not those powered by Snapdragon chips.

The latest version of the Samsung Internet browser has now started rolling out. The previous version was released only a couple of months ago. It was based on Chromium 71. For those who are unaware, Chromium is the underlying engine that powers the browser.
Samsung Internet v11 is now being rolled out. It comes with the Chromium 75 base, a much more recent version that was released in June 2019. The one that Samsung Internet v10 was based on was released in December 2018.

This release brings together many of the improvements that were introduced with Chromium 72, 73, 74 and 75. This includes some minor UI changes as well. For example, the dark theme has been improved and there are better pull-to-refresh animations. Several security-related improvements are included as well.
The latest version of Samsung Internet is now gradually being rolled out via the Google Play Store. It's going to be a while before this version is available for download. We'll be sure to add the APK to our database as well. That way, you'll be able to download it without having to wait for it to go live in your region.
