You can now buy the Galaxy Z Flip in India through Amazon

Samsung had unveiled its second-generation foldable smartphone, the Galaxy Z Flip, alongside the Galaxy S20 series last month. The phone went on sale throughout the world, including India, earlier than the Galaxy S20. The smartphone was available in the country through the company's website, but now it is also available for purchase through Amazon.in.

The Galaxy Z Flip is available in two colors: Mirror Black and Mirror Purple. There is no sign of the Mirror Gold variant. The foldable phone is priced at Rs 1,09,999 (around $1,480), and it will be shipped to customers starting March 18. Customers can also avail exchange bonuses as well as no-cost EMI plans through Amazon India. Instant discounts can also be availed through credit cards from Amazon Pay ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, and HSBC.

Galaxy Z Flip specs and features: A recap

The Galaxy Z Flip features a 6.7-inch 1080p foldable Super AMOLED Infinity-O display with HDR10+. There's a 1.05-inch cover display on the outside for notifications and selfies. It runs Android 10 with One UI 2.1 and is equipped with the Snapdragon 855+ processor, 8GB RAM, and 256GB storage. It has a 3300mAh battery, and it supports wired and wireless charging at 15W.

The second foldable smartphone from Samsung also features a 12MP+12MP dual-camera setup on the rear. Both cameras can record 4K 60fps videos. The Galaxy Z Flip has a 10MP selfie camera embedded within the center punch hole of the screen. The phone has a side-mounted fingerprint reader, two SIM card slots, LTE, GPS, Wi-Fi ac, Bluetooth 5.0, and a USB Type-C port.
