Samsung unveiled the Galaxy Z Flip in February in three colors: Mirror Black, Mirror Gold, and Mirror Purple. Mirror Black and Mirror Purple variants of the foldable phone have been available for purchase in South Korea for a few weeks now. Samsung has now announced that it will also start selling the Mirror Gold version of the Galaxy Z Flip in its home market.

Pre-orders for the Mirror Gold variant of the Galaxy Z Flip will open on May 4 in South Korea, and the phone will go on sale from May 6. It will be available through 11th Street, Samsung Digital Plaza, and Samsung's online store. Customers can also purchase the Galaxy Z Flip's Mirror Gold version via Korea Telecom, LG U Plus, and SK Telecom.

Whoever buys the Galaxy Z Flip in South Korea in May will be eligible to receive a KRW 99,000 coupon to purchase the Galaxy Buds+ and a KRW 50,000 coupon to buy genuine accessories or wearables. The Galaxy Z Flip is priced at KRW 1,650,000 (around $1,347) in the country. You can read our review of the Galaxy Z Flip here.

The Galaxy Z Flip features a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED Infinity-O foldable screen with Full HD+ resolution and HDR10+. It also features a 1.1-inch cover display on the outside to check notifications, time, and selfie previews. It runs Android 10 and is equipped with the Snapdragon 855+ SoC, 8GB RAM, and 256GB internal storage.

Samsung's second foldable phone has a 12MP+12MP dual-camera setup on the outside and a 10MP selfie camera on the inside. It has a side-mounted fingerprint reader and Samsung Pay. Its connectivity features include GPS, LTE, Wi-Fi b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, and a USB Type-C port. A 3300mAh battery powers the Galaxy Z Flip, and it supports 15W fast charging as well as wireless charging.
