Samsung fans and budget phone hunters in the USA now have a third carrier option when buying the Galaxy A11, as Metro by T-Mobile has just launched the device on its network. Although the phone is not available for purchase through T-Mobile itself, the pre-paid brand owned by T-Mobile is now selling the Galaxy A11 for $189.99.
Customers can't buy Metro's Galaxy A11 via Samsung's own e-shop as of this writing but they can acquire the device by visiting the carrier's website. Samsung's online store in the USA does offer the Galaxy A11 but only for Verizon and AT&T at a price of $179.99.
Long-lasting, fast-charging battery and a large display
Samsung's marketing material for the Galaxy A11 has been primarily focused on highlighting the phone's long-lasting, fast-charging battery. It's a 4,000mAh unit that makes the Galaxy A11 one of Samsung's most affordable phones to benefit from 15W fast charging. Metro by T-Mobile has rated the battery for up to 30 hours of talk time.
The battery drives a generous 6.4-inch Infinity-O PLS TFT LCD with a resolution of 1560 by 720, and a Snapdragon 450 chipset paired with 2GB of RAM. The Galax A11 sold by Metro ships with 32GB of built-in storage that can be expanded by up to 512GB via microSD.
