Samsung Korea starts Galaxy Note 20 Studio hands-on experience program

The Galaxy Note 20 and the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra were unveiled on August 5, and they are now available for pre-order in various parts of the world. During the pandemic, Samsung is making sure that customers in South Korea can safely get the hands-on experience of the Galaxy Note 20.

The South Korean smartphone giant has set up various Galaxy Note 20 Studio experience zones across the country. This experimental marketing strategy is optimized for the post-COVID-19 world, where social distancing is necessary and non-contact experiences are preferred. The omni-experience service blurs the lines between offline and online marketing platforms.

Customers can discuss in-depth about the Galaxy Note 20 devices and their features with experts through one-on-one video calls by adding the My Galaxy Studio channel in Kakao Talk. The My Galaxy Studio app can be used to watch videos about the devices on any smartphone.

South Korean customers can also use the Galaxy Note 20 devices as their own phones for up to three days before buying them, thanks to the Galaxy To Go service. Samsung has currently set up the Galaxy Note 20 Studio experience zones in five areas: Crown Plaza in Lotte World Mall, Famie Station in Gangnam, IFC Mall in Yeouido, Parnas Mall in COEX, and Times Square in Yeongdeungpo, Seoul.

Samsung has also made sure that customers can stay safe from the COVID-19 virus by separating entry and exit points, minimizing face-to-face contact between visitors, and by providing temperature checks, face masks, and gloves. The experience zone and the quarantine zone are interoperated every 20 to 30 minutes. Products are frequently sterilized so that users can experience them with peace of mind.
