Samsung had unveiled The Premiere, its new lineup of 4K Ultra Short Throw laser projectors, last month. After unveiling the US pricing and availability of the projectors last week, the South Korean firm has launched them today in South Korea. The LSP9T is priced at KRW 7.49 million (around $6,430) and the LSP7T will be sold for KRW 4.49 million (around $3,860).

The Premier will be available through stores, including Samsung Digital Plaza, across South Korea from today. It will also be available online exclusively through Naver from October 5 to October 11, following which it will be purchased through various popular online stores in the country. The company will also offer benefits such as matching screens, discounts on furniture upholstery, and a six-month subscription to video services so that buyers can have a complete home cinema experience.

The LSP9T is the world's first 4K laser projector with HDR10+ certification and can reach a peak brightness of up to 2,800 ANSI lumens. It supports up to 130-inch image size and has a triple-laser light source (Red, Green, and Blue). The projector covers up to 106% of Rec. BT.2020 color gamut and up to 147% of DCI-P3 color gamut. It also comes packed with a 40W (4.2-channel) speaker system. The LSP7T is a 120-inch 4K laser projector with a peak brightness of 2,200 ANSI lumens and has a 2.2-channel 20W speaker setup. It can cover up to 83% of the DCI-P3 color gamut.

Both projectors run Tizen and feature Alexa, Bixby, and Google Assistant voice assistants. They also feature screen mirroring, Game Enhancer, easy cable management, and hassle-free installation. Choo Choo-Seok, Vice President, Video Display Business Unit of Samsung Electronics, said, “More and more consumers are looking to create a home entertainment environment that fits their tastes and lifestyles in their home.
